How Do I Order A Gift Basket? There are several ways. You
can order online at www.basketbaron.com
, send an
e-mail to Sales@basketbaron.com, or by
telephone at 1-888-218-6609.
While shopping online, when you find the perfect gift, click on the [Add To Cart]
button to place that item in your shopping cart. You then can checkout
or continue shopping.
When you are ready to checkout, click on [Checkout]. Verify
the items in your shopping cart, select the shipping method you prefer. Fill
out the billing information. If the shipping and billing address are
the same press the [continue] button. If the shipping address is different than the billing
address then fill out the shipping information. Next press the [continue
with purchase] button. Verify your billing and shipping information. Then, select your payment
method. Next fill out the Gift Card Message if needed.
Finally, press the [submit order] button. Your order will be immediately
sent to our store computer for processing. You will also get an
order confirmation online and by e-mail. PLEASE PRINT THIS OUT FOR
YOUR RECORDS.
Can I Place An Order Over The Phone? Absolutely! Call us Monday - Friday from 9am (MST) to
5pm (MST) and we'll be happy to assist you.
Can I Specify A Message for a Gift Card When Ordering
Online?
Yes! Just fill in your
message in the Card Message box on the order form. All
gift cards are handwritten for that extra personal touch.
Please include your name
if you
want the recipient to know who it is from. An invoice with your
name on it is NOT sent to the recipient.
Does Basket Baron Charge Sales Tax? If you
reside in the state of Colorado, state sales tax will be charged.
I'm Getting An Error When I Try To Place An Order. What
Should I Do?
Please call us at 1-888-218-6609. The Internet and computers can be
fickle and there may be any number of reasons why you are receiving error
messages. If you are trying to place an order from your office, it
is possible that a company firewall is installed that will not allow you
to do so.
What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept? Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Are Credit Card Transactions On Basket Baron.com Safe? Completely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your
credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department
store. BasketBaron.com's servers use current Internet security technology to encrypt
order information through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
encryption.
Why Would My Credit Card Be Declined If There Are Sufficient Funds
In My Account? In order
to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing address
you list on your order must match the address that your credit card
company sends your statement to. If the billing address listed on
your order differs from your bank's records, you could be declined.
Please verify that your credit card account information is correct and
matches that of your credit card company to ensure that they have your
most up-to-date information.
When Do You Charge My Credit Card?
Your credit card is charged after your gift is shipped.
How Do I Get A Copy Of An Invoice For My Order?
If you order online, a Sales Receipt will be
emailed to you when your gift is
shipped. If you order by phone, you
may request an invoice be mailed to you. We are also happy to
fax a copy to you the same day your order is placed.
Do You Include An Invoice With Gift Items? No. We
do not include any invoices or packing slips on gift orders.
Can I Request A Custom Gift Basket? Yes! We're delighted to create a
gift basket that suits your particular needs and budget. We carry
a large selection of items that are shown on the web site. Just go to our
Custom page and create that special gift, or give us a call at
1-888-218-6609 and we'll be happy to create the perfect gift for
you.
What If You Are Out Of An Item, Will You
Substitute? Yes. In
the event that we are out of a particular item we will only put in
its place an item that is of equal or greater value and similar in nature
without compromising the overall design, theme, color and quality of the
gift basket.
After I Order, How Long Does It Take To Ship/Deliver The Gift
Basket?
All orders are shipped or delivered (Durango) the next business day
unless you specify a future ship date.
Will I Receive A Shipment Confirmation Including A Tracking
Number? Yes. On the day your gift is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail
from Fed Ex that includes your tracking number and
instructions on how to track your gift.
How Much Does Shipping Cost? You can find the shipping rates
by selecting the gift
of your choice and clicking the [Add to Cart] button. The shipping rates
can be figured when you Check Out (See Rates link on the
shipping information page). Hit your browsers back button to continue shopping or
the shopping cart's [Empty Cart] button. No order will be placed
unless you click on submit Order.
When considering our shipping
and delivery charges, particularly those for Next, 2nd and 3 Day Air, keep
in mind that our gifts can be quite large. To ensure arrival in
perfect condition they are packed into heavy duty cardboard boxes with
plenty of packing materials to eliminate shifting during transport.
Air prices are based upon the gifts dimensional weight once
packed. UPS and FedEx charge for dimensional weight not actual weight when
shipping by any level of air service. When compared to the average
$15 cost of a flat 9x12 UPS Next Day letter of 2-lbs, an average charge of
$42 for shipping a 5-lb basket in a bulky protective box by 2nd day air is
reasonable.
Can I bill my shipping charges to my UPS or FedEx account
number?
Yes! We're happy to ship your gifts using your UPS or FedEx account number.
A $4.50 shipping and handling fee will be added to your order for each
gift sent using your account number.
When Will My Gift Basket Arrive?
We ship from Durango, CO. UPS
Ground arrival times vary depending on the state your gift is going to.

When ordering, When
ordering, keep in mind that neither UPS or the US Postal
Service offers package pick up on Saturday, Sunday or
Holidays. USPS Priority Mail is delivered Monday -
Saturday. Saturday delivery is available through UPS by
shipping Next Day Air on Fridays only plus an additional $15
fee.
*The USPS does not guarantee this service.
While items generally arrive in 2 to 3 days, the USPS allows up to
14 days for delivery. Refunds will not be given for items that do
not arrive in 2 to 3 days.
Local Delivery Areas
Local hand delivery charges range from $5 to
$12 (certain areas require higher charges). We
will call you with your delivery charge or you may
call Customer Service at 1-888-218-6609. Local deliveries are made Monday
- Friday only. We currently do not offer weekend delivery.
Do you Offer International Shipping? No, we only ship in the United States.
What about shipments to Alaska and Hawaii?
Gifts going to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2
Day or USPS Express Mail only. Ground shipping is not available to
these states. We are unable to process
correct shipping prices for these destinations online as shipments will vary
by weight and location. We will call you with the correct
shipping charges or you may call Customer Service at 1-888-218-6609.
What Is Your Privacy Policy? Basket Baron is
committed to protecting your privacy. We promise that your name and
any information you provide at our web site, by e-mail or over the phone
will not be sold, exchanged or leased to any other organization(s) or
person(s).
What If I'm Unhappy With My Order? Should
Basket Baron not meet your expectations, you will receive a full
refund.
What If I Need Several Of The Same Basket Sent To Different
Addresses?
We prefer to receive these orders by E-mail at Tracy@BasketBaron.com or
by phone at 1-888-218-6609. If you would like to place the order online
do the following:
Choose your basket by clicking on the [Add to Cart]
button. When the shopping cart comes up change the quantity from [1]
to the quantity you need.
Go to the bottom of the Shopping
Cart, click the [Recalculate Button] then the [Continue With
Purchase] button. On the following page in the [Special
Requests] box enter any instructions and the additional addresses you
would like the baskets sent to.
You will receive an e-mail
confirmation from our customer service listing all addresses, gift choices,
special requests, arrival dates and instructions.
When do you make the gift basket? Do you make them ahead and store
them? We take
great pride in our products and make all of our gift baskets at the time
they are ordered. While this can mean more work for us, it insures
that you receive the freshest most delicious product at all times.
